HOW TO USE PROBOOK ONLINE (part 2)
Selecting Date:

In the top left corner of the grid is a drop down calendar, click on the down arrow to display the calendar. You can only select dates that fall in between the dates that the club let you book ahead, usually 4 weeks

Making a Booking:

Find an available time, and using your mouse, drag to extend the number of time-slots you need (keep in mind that each time-slot is 0:30 or 0:60 minutes long .

  

Click "Book" to make a booking, "Delete" to delete one of your own bookings or "Alert" to be alerted if someone else's booking becomes available

  1. Then select what type of flight you are booking. (i.e.. Solo, Private Training, Advance Training, Recreational Flight, Flight Test or Block Time)
  2. If the flight is a training flight you must select an instructor, select from the list of available instructors.
  3. Select your destination, you will have to type in your destination if you are going to a place not on the list.
  4. Fill in the "additional information" field if you have any information that can help the staff locate you (If necessary) while you are away.
  5. Select your e-mail address or phone number
  6. Specify if there are any additional equipment you like to request. (This is only a request, and may not be available)
  7. Click on "Send" to finish or "Cancel" to abort the booking.

My Account / Exit

Clicking on the "My Account" button will bring up a screen with information regarding your online booking account status and bookings that are still active. On this screen you can also set up your own grid hours, or the standard grid that the club is using.
