System Requirements:

These are some of the requirements for using the booking system on your computer.

  1. Firewall issues (make sure firewall is configure to allow FTP port 21 through)

Browser Issues:

The Online Booking System is using an Active-X module that is downloaded to your computer the first time you use it (or any time a new version is available), The Active-X module is supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 or newer, and may be used with a third party plug in for Netscape users (not tested yet).

If you are using a non Windows platform i.e. Mac you will need a program called "Virtual PC" and use Microsoft Internet Explorer to be able to use our online booking system.
