Usage Statistics  

Reports both on-site and internet usage. Information such as the number of bookings performed by your staff and internet users, type of transactions (bookings, deletions, alerts etc.) and transactions by individual accounts (the latter information can be useful in determining if an individual is abusing the system by performing and deleting many bookings during a short time frame).
