Sidney, BC, December 8, 2003 -- GenAv Systems constantly enhances its products to expand their capabilities. This - and unparalleled customer service - is why GenAv Systems continues to set the standard for general aviation booking systems. GenAv's total solution package for flight training schools and charter operations, GenAv Flight Office, was introduced in January 2003 and was quickly lauded by GenAv customers. Less than one year later, GenAv Systems revamped GenAv Flight Office to further meet customers' needs. The revision resulted in the most powerful and versatile GenAv Flight Office version ever - GenAv Flight Office, Version 2.0. Today, GenAv announces yet another improvement to GenAv Flight Office 2.0 - export capability! Customers can now effortlessly export GenAv Flight Office information to QuickBooks and BusinessVision accounting systems.
The many flight schools that use QuickBooks or BusinessVision as their accounting system can now import information from GenAv Flight Office 2.0 into their accounting system without the need of cumbersome and monotonous re-entry of information. The new export capability permits easy transfer of order details (items, discounts, sales tax, order numbers, invoice information including instructor, flight times, etc.) and customer and payment information. Besides allowing customers to continue using their favorite accounting packages, exporting information into QuickBooks/BusinessVision also significantly reduces data entry, saving time and minimizing potential for data entry error. GenAv Flight Office's new export capability adds more to an already dynamic system. And giving more is what GenAv is all about.
Other enhancements previously made to GenAv Flight Office include the ability to:
· create multiple booking sheets based on the type of resource,
· drag and drop bookings instantaneously,
· track customer account balance while flagging customers whose accounts are in the red,
· put a credit card on file expiration alert.
The improved system, of course, retains all the benefits that original GenAv Flight Office users have grown to depend on for an efficient flight office management operation, including the systematic and transparent checking of pilot medical and rating status at reservation and dispatch times; the tracking of inactive customer accounts; one data entry system that results in time and money savings; and the ability to add optional components for internet access, aircraft maintenance tracking and invoicing.
