The waiting list is used to add and display booking requests for if currently occupied time slots become vacant. Any number of wait list requests can be made. A wait list request entry consists of the booking duration required, either a resource type or a specific resource, and earliest and latest dates and times that the booking should be between. There is also an option to automatically create a new booking with the first wait-listed account should that slot become available. This booking will show up in the dispatch console and will require confirmation.
