Description:
GenAv Systems, a world leader in aviation training scheduling systems is seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist. Candidate will help our customers install and assist with questions on our Flight Office products. While approximately a third of your time will be devoted to providing industry-leading support, you will also be assisting in other areas such as updating product documentation, website maintenance and miscellaneous assignments. As a growing company, your skills will have a significant impact on the success and future growth of GenAv Systems.
The successful candidate must fully demonstrate the following:
Mastery of the English language (verbal and written)
Exceptional interpersonal and phone skills
Excellent organizational ability
Great potential for growth and learning
In addition to the above, experience with the following technologies are required:
Familiarity with Windows Server 2003 and XP Pro
Good understanding of computer networking
Web design skills
Note: Knowledge of the general aviation or airline industries is a definite plus but not required. If no previous exposure to general aviation, candidate must be willing to enroll in flight training ground school.
Compensation will be between $29,000 and $34,000 depending on
experience.

Description:
GenAv is seeking an innovative Senior Software
Developer to implement the web extension of GenAvs
TRiM application. TRiM (Training Resource information
Manager), is GenAvs Airline Training Scheduling
Application. You will be working with some of the
largest airlines in the world, setting new standards
in this field with a rapidly expanding company.
While 75% of your time will be devoted to development,
you will also be assisting in other areas such as
customer support and updating product documentation.
As a small company, your skills will have a
significant impact on the success and future growth of
GenAv Systems.
Experience with the following technologies is
desired for the web related work:
VB.NET
ASP.NET
HTML, CSS
JavaScript
Web design skills are an additional asset
Experience with the following technologies is
desired for Desktop application development
VB.NET
ADO.Net
Experience in an object oriented, n-tier
environment.
Experience with systems architecture planning
Requirements:
4+ years software development experience
2+ years working in the .NET environment
Excellent time management.
Solid communication skills both verbal and
written.
Ability to multi task and adjust to changing
priorities.
Self-motivated.
Ability to work as part of a team or
independently.
